She showed us some great deals, but we ended up coming across a car at their elkhorn dealership. She ran right over to pick it up so we could check it out. We got a wonderful deal on an 05 cobalt with plenty of life left in it! The paperwork was quick and all the staff were wonderful despite we had 2 little kids that were a bit antsy! And she goes above and beyond (including willing to go and get some dinner, since we had not eaten and staying after hours to finish our deal). Kevin goes out of his way to get the absolute best financing possible. (And he also stayed after closing to accommodate us.). Both Sarah and Kevin take the time and make you feel as if you are their most important customer. It is so nice to walk into a dealership and have the sales person, the finance person know who you are. We have already recommended Kunes to several friends and co-workers. He was easy to work with and did everything to find me exactly what I wanted. I am very particular with what I want when it comes to the car I drive and will not settle. He was patient and did not give up on making sure I got what I wanted. Daniel followed up every step of the way and even sent me a text of my car when it arrive since i could not pick it up right away due to being out of town. It was like he read my mind because i was so hoping he would send a picture. I had previously owned a 2010 Taurus. I loved my car and was not really looking to change because i was so in love with the new Taurus body style, sporty dash, and comfort of ride. I stopped to see what my trade value was and with all the rebates I got a great deal and a small loan on a very pricey car. I did stick with the taurus and I have to say I am already more in love with this car than the 2010. Thank you again Daniel!!! I also want to thank Dale and Michael in service....
