This time I worked with salesperson, Sarah Lawson, as I had met her a while back when my daughter purchased her new car. Sarah's enthusiasm and love of her job is apparent, as she works hard to get the deal done. A true pleasure to work with. Closing the deal with Stephany Whitted, went smoothly and trouble free even though there was apparent IT issues with their computer network. With her lighthearted attitude and attention to detail , we breezed right through, trouble free. We also had a chance to meet Tony Wheatley and Mike Terlikowski, who seem very genuine and willing to keep customers coming through the door. Hats off to Greg Kunes, for assembling a team of young and energetic workers that continue to make customers feel welcome as they shop for their new vehicles. More

Unlike any other! Terry and I stopped in to have the oil changed on our 2001 Windstar, and left owning a 2015 Ford Explorer! Awesome experience! Fun! He was VERY knowledgeable with all the ins and outs of our new vehicle. He took a considerable amount of time making sure we comfortable with the vehicle even before leaving the parking lot to test drive. (maybe he was making sure he was comfortable with us!) He kept making sure we were well taken care of by offering us coffee, water or candy from Pat's desk. We kept telling him we wanted steak and baked potato.......:) Everyone who we had contact with was pleasant and accommodating to us. Very pleasurable experience. Enjoy your chocolates Dan! I figured out the Bluetooth....our phone has it! Sorry Michael Keithley, we love seeing you, however hopefully seeing less of you now that we are satisfied customers of a new vehicle. More

Sarah is so energetic and determined to please that she goes above and beyond working after hours on the sale. She has the special quality to make you feel so comfortable with her and I truly believe she has the customers best interest in mind. We will definitely be dealing with Sarah in the future for any vehicle needs. We also had a chance to work with Stephany Whitted for the first time. Stephany was extremely efficient and very comfortable to work with. We have always had pleasant experiences working with Kunes Country Ford and have recommended them to many family and friends over the years. We have never felt that we havent gotten a fair deal or that we were taken advantage of at Kunes, and for that reason they are our only dealer of choice! More

I was never pressured in any way, and I was given good advice that suited my situation. Dan really spent a lot of time with me going over the car, which was very helpful. My purchase ended with Kevin in finance who has the best sense of humor. He made all the signing a pleasant experience!! Thanks everyone! More
Best Experience I travelled up to Delavan with hopes of a used vehicle purchase but with a lot of doubt due to poor credit. I made an appointment with Jeff Wellman, who immediately made me feel comfortable with his down to earth genuine attitude. To make a long awesome story short, before I knew it, Jeff had me speaking with Stephany Whitted who was responsible for getting me a loan on the truck I had in mind to purchase. She really made me feel at home with her up-beat and positive attitude. Truly a genuine person trying to help me in any way possible and again, made me feel like family. I'd like to mention Mike Terilowski as well even given the limited time with him personally, he certainly played a major role in helping me out as well and he too was as friendly as the rest of the staff. This was by FAR, the most pleasurable experience I've ever had in the purchase of a vehicle. Typically, this is probably a very stressful ordeal for most people when considering the purchase of a new vehicle....think again. Kunes Country is your place!! I have already told friends and family and can't stress enough the great people here. Thank you again Kunes Country! Barry More

my experience at kunes delavan wi December 1st 2013 I purchased a used car at your dealership in Delavan. First and foremost I take 100% responsibility for the purchase of my car fro December 1st 2013 I purchased a used car at your dealership in Delavan. First and foremost I take 100% responsibility for the purchase of my car from Kunes. I purchased a used car without a co-signer, I signed all the paperwork so I am not blaming anyone but myself. Also before I go on, I ask you please to read this letter in its entirety. The purpose of this letter is to ask you if you could take the remaining of this loan off my hands. I couldn’t afford it the car loan the day I bought it and I can’t afford it now. And whether you can help me or not, the other purpose of this letter is to relay to you my dissatisfaction of the sale and the way I was treated by Kunes staff. I feel Kunes pressured me into a car purchase. I feel like Kunes charmed us, convinced us, and used some sales tactics that I feel they used my lack of assertiveness, my lack of knowledge, yes, it was my responsibility to bring someone with me that has knowledge, I should have brought someone with me that was looking out for me, someone to reason, calculate and confirm that I had no business buying a car costing me $205.99/month when I was making $$480/month. Kunes had no regard for my financial situation, I feel like I was just another dollar sign, just another sale, just another commission. Right now, I do not have a job. I desperately need to get rid of the car loan that I cannot afford. I have a car that I cannot afford and the finance company has not approved the four people who applied to do a transfer of equity to get me off the loan, I know this is not your problem. I know the car would auction at less than half of the loan I am responsible for so I would like to avoid voluntary repossession. Myself and my friend, an Air Force veteran, came in to just get a “look-see” at what you offered based on a mailing we received from Kunes. We both have a mental illness / disability and that was not anything we disclosed nor was there anyway for you to know. My friend who is a veteran was going to purchase the car on his credit only, taking full responsibility for the entire loan. Kunes staff informed my friend that they could not sell him a car because he did not have a drivers license. At this point, without my knowledge or consent, 15 plus financial institutions were contacted to see if they would approve me for a loan. I did not authorize 15 credit applications to be sent out. These 15+ requests all show on my credit report, not a good thing to have on my credit report, having a negative effect on my credit score. Also something else to be noted and what I believe was not right. Although I did sign off on it, I signed an agreement – Kunes lied about my income on the application that was sent to the places asking for me to get a loan. When we came in to Kunes, I was earning $120/week, that was not the amount Kunes reported to possible lending institutions my application was sent to. How could anyone with any conscious, morals, common sense expect a customer to pay $200/month when their only income is $120 per week? Are these the kind of people you are staffing at your Delavan dealership? My first experience purchasing a car at a dealership has left a very negative picture of dealership car sales. In fact, I am afraid to visit your establishment for fear of being taken advantage of again. Thank you sir for listening. Please let me know if there is any way you can relieve me of this financial burden. I just wanted to express my experience at Kunes, it was not a good one, and I thought someone of your position of this company may want to hear what I have to say. Again, Thanks for your time.
