Three years ago we purchased a Ford Fusion Hybrid from Kunes Delavan. Great car, literally the best car I have ever owned. We also purchased a 3 yr extended warranty. Two weeks after the warranty ran out Kunes Delavan. Great car, literally the best car I have ever owned. We also purchased a 3 yr extended warranty. Two weeks after the warranty ran out the display info screen went blank. I contacted Kunes and they said they would NOT fix the screen. As a note of importance, we never used the extended warranty that cost about $2000. Not once. So, Kunes thought it would be great customer service to deny us a repair/extension of 2 weeks even though they had our $2000 for extended warranty that we never used. I fixed it for $70 myself. More

We were told one price and then charged 2000 more. Lack of transparency. I feel deceived. I have called 7 times asking why we were charged a 1600 dollar "used car inspection fee"?
