My first brand new car purchase On Saturday, Nov.1, 2014 I went to Kunes to have my 1997 Chevy checked out and found it had serious and expensive problems with the coolant going into On Saturday, Nov.1, 2014 I went to Kunes to have my 1997 Chevy checked out and found it had serious and expensive problems with the coolant going into the engine or something like that. I went in with my best friend, we were both wanting a new explorer but little did we know that wasn't at al I've never had a better buying experience! Frank showed us all of their models and we both fell in love with the edge. They didn't have the options we wanted so frank looked everywhere to find us the perfect cars that were perfect for us.. We arrived to see the cars were already cleaned and had the xzilon applied. They even filled my gas tank! Stephany completely surprised me with 0% interest too! Terrible service They don't stand behind their warranty, they can't seem to figure out what is wrong with my car, another dealer fixed it, no problem.
