Sales and Service I originally purchased my vehicles in illinois, but since moving to the local area. I have brought my two Mercury's to Kunas Ford for service and have been using the service department since 2006. They always treat me GREAT and do the necessary work needed. In addition, I normally wait for my vehicle and they have me turned around in a very reasonable amount of time. Always a pleasure to work with the service team. I know Mike and Dale since 2006. On occasion I have had need to order parts and Terry in Parts has assisted me. I have telephoned him and he always takes the time out to source out any parts I have needed. I recently purchased a used Mazda Miata from Kunes and Guy Kujawa was my Sales associate. Guy put together a great deal for my wife and I. More

Hard work/dedication/customer service. Art was able to make things happen when other dealerships wouldn't give me the time of day...
