The only sum what negative thing I would say is the online description are not accurate had I realized at the time I would have done something different when negotiating but that isn't Tommy's fault. I purchased a gm vehicle and I have a ford warranty so I hope I will not have a problem. I will definitely be back for my next purchase! More

I'm a believer! I went to Kunes Country Ford expecting to return home with my car and a loan denial. Instead I drove my 2010 Grand Caravan home that very night a I went to Kunes Country Ford expecting to return home with my car and a loan denial. Instead I drove my 2010 Grand Caravan home that very night and a loan in my name and no cosigner. Thank you Daniel Ranson & Ashley Whitted for taking the time to work with me to make it happen and make me feel good about it. I really needed this vehicle to fit my life and the loan to be able to start rebuilding my credit. I thought it was impossible. You proved me wrong. It was late and dark when I took my van home. The next day there were a couple things that had been overlooked and Kunes took the time to check them out and make sure it was all taken care of. Not only were the sales and finance staff extremely friendly, helpful and understanding, but every staff member there took the time to say hello and make sure my time there was as stress and hassle free as possible. Both times I was there for lengthy amounts of time with my infant granddaughter. Aside of not being at home it couldn't have been an easier experience. Even the cleaning staff (Maria) took time to help make my time there pleasurable. I'm a very happy customer thus far! More

Emailed her on a Sunday got a response came in Monday and purchased the 2012 Kia Sorento with ease. Car needed a detail and I purchased the xillion (sp) package so I left it overnight to pick up the next morning. Due to weather and volume it wasn't ready when I needed to pick it up, however Deanna and mike arranged an appointment to have it picked up from my home, leave me a loaner complete the order and return my vehicle within a few hours with a email confirmation! Now THAT is customer service from a dealership! Overall a great experience with kunes country ford, Deanna and mike and the entire buying experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and sales individuals for any new or used buying experience! More

I called Dale and was able to get a toe within a half hour and a loan My 2005 Murano transmission went out while in Elkhorn around 4:30 on a Thursday. I called Dale and was able to get a toe within a half hour and a loaner. The toe truck driver was very friendly and courteous making a bad event tolerable. The next day I found that the replacement was not cost effective and the price I was given was true to what I searched on the internet. I then met with Joel and picked out a 2014 Escape and was able to test drive it over the weekend. Monday came and the deal was done and Stephany took good care of me walking me through the paperwork. I have been having my cars serviced hear for some time and I am very pleased with the great service and the care that everyone at Kunes takes to make sure you get the best deals at the best prices.
