Bought a Ford Shelby F-150. Salesperson was Anthony Jay Neuses. He was very responsive before I purchased the car... Paid full price plus $10,000 mark up. Once the car was shipp Salesperson was Anthony Jay Neuses. He was very responsive before I purchased the car... Paid full price plus $10,000 mark up. Once the car was shipped to me, he ghosted me. The car only arrived with one ignition key, and zero keys for the Tonneau bed cover.... When I drive, the cover lifts up.... Therefore I have been unable to drive the car for 3 weeks. Texted and called Anthony no less than 20 times... More/Less ZERO response... Received a random video from him with an email he sent asking for a key for me... 2 weeks later, nothing.... Finally I called the dealership and spoke with his manager, who promised a response. Today, I finally see a pathetic email from Anthony to the shipping company with a PO for $20 (Yes, you read that correctly, TWENTY DOLLARS) asking them to pay so they can send me 2 keys... Seriously????? I paid Ten Grand over sticker. In any event, it's taken hi 3 weeks to send this ridiculous email, meanwhile I have been unable to drive the car. I immediately replied to all that I would be happy to cover the costs. but can they please send me the keys asap..... We will see if/when I get a response.... But I must point out, there was no mention about the missing ignition key.... When will I receive that? Will I have to pay for that? Are they even going to try to get me one? This is a nightmare of an experience, and no way to treat a customer who purchased a car.... Let alone the most expensive car they carry..... Shaking my head..... I will NEVER buy another car from this place again More
If i could give a million stars i would! !!!! I went in today to look at getting a new car and my credit is NOT great and i explained to the woman on the phone all the bad things i thought wo !!!! I went in today to look at getting a new car and my credit is NOT great and i explained to the woman on the phone all the bad things i thought would prevent me from driving off a lot and she said please just come in we WILL make it work..... And even as they handed me the key to my new car i was in disbelief. My whole life has seemed like disappointment after disappointment and i never could have imagined how great it would feel to have all eyes on my boyfriend my daughter and I as we rang the "Golden" bell on the sales floor and everyone stopped and cheered. I want to specifically thank Stephanie on the first call that changed our life today. And also Kristof for doing literally everything in his power to let us leave with our car today. And Heather who walked us through our paperwork and handed me a zipdrive with our contract. We are so blessed thank you so much More
