Pleasant & Timely Brought my 2013 Edge in for a front end alignment in September for a slight drift to the right. The tires we're rotated with the alignment and pressures set at 38 PSI. The work was completed in a very timely manor, AND at a very reasonable price. About two weeks after, the car felt like it was drifting to the right again, over many different road surfaces. I made another appointment for alignment just to see if the work came undone having driven it for a few hundred miles. 20 minutes after I gave my keys to Michael Keithley he called telling me the alignment was right on the money. I was shown the print out from the service tech of the original set up and the after, from both visits. Right on the money! Seems I have a tire issue, a common problem. One more tire rotation and an inspection and I was on my way, with no charge to recheck the alignment. Fantastic service department! Michael as always, is pleasant and very informative. It was 1:30 in the afternoon, I knew the car I wanted and made it clear I hate the "haggling" part of buying vehicles. Daniel and I drove the vehicle I had spotted, went back to the dealership talked a FEW numbers and my current situation with vehicles....I took the vehicle home to show my husband for 2 hours and was able to call back by 5:00 to say we had a deal....I was in and out by 6:15 driving my 2013 GMC Terrain! It was by far the best car purchasing experience I have ever had!! More
