The greatest bonus for our family's experience with Guy is/was his proficiency in American Sign Language. Our young adult son is Deaf and I can't tell you how meaningful it is for someone in this 'hearing world' to take the time and to freely communicate with him!! After visiting several dealers, we were attracted to the 2017 Ford Explorer. We were fortunate to stop into Kunes Counrty Ford which solidified our choice. The staff was very helpful, the facility clean and the attitude throughout the operations was both very professional and good spirited. We worked with Guy Kujawa who quickly located the vehicle we desired, negotiated a fair exchange, including our trade, and delivered it to our home. We were thrilled to "ring their new car sale bell" and take delivery of our new Explorer. We highly recommend Guy and Kunes Country Ford. More
AVOID AT ALL COSTS AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP LIKE THE PLAGUE. I bought a Lincoln Town Car in October 2016 and my experience with this dealership has been a nightmare. F AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP LIKE THE PLAGUE. I bought a Lincoln Town Car in October 2016 and my experience with this dealership has been a nightmare. First of all, when I picked the car up, I noticed the oil change was 1000 miles past its due date. When test driving the car I noticed the blinker switch was defective. I mentioned it to the sales man, Johnny Fernandz, who said it wasn't a safety issue, so they wouldn't fix it. He said it was a great running car. So I picked the car up in October and haven't stopped forking out money for repairs since, and I mean I literally just spent another 300.00 today. So far, that blinker switch they wouldn't fix cost me 500.00 to repair, it completely broke a few weeks after I picked the car up. The power door lock in the rear passenger side wasn't working. That was another 400.00. One of the tires wouldn't hold any air, in fact, it had 20 lbs. of air in it when I got the car home. There was a leak in the windshield which caused the carpet to have to be completely removed from the car and dried. That was another 350.00. The latest was a few days ago when I decided to try the air conditioning for the first time, which of course didn't work at all. Funny since the window sticker said there was nothing wrong with the air conditioning. So that cost me another 300.00. There was absolutely no refrigerant in the system at all. I got in touch with the sales man Johnny Fernandz and mentioned all the problems and I have received absolutely no reply. Like I said, avoid this dealership. They don't take care of their cars, and they won't take care of you. More

Pleasant, Accommodating, and Efficient. Dan Ranson was my salesperson. I am a repeat customer to Kunes Ford and to Dan. Dan is a very pleasant guy to work with. The first car I was interested in was a little out of my price range. A big disappoint to me (and maybe to Dan). Dan was suggestive in showing me another vehicle that at first I thought, no I don't think so. Dan mentioned to me all the bells and whistles on this car. The more I thought about this particular car the more I thought well it might be the car for me, a nice change. I was still thinking about the first car but knew I would not be driving that home. After sitting in the second vehicle and looking at all it had on it, I thought yes. This was a sport model and had black wheels on it. I thought a while and said yes this is a good change for me. This is where Dan was very accommodating. So Dan did all he had to do and got the paperwork together and the next thing I knew I was in the finance office and signing my life away! Just joking here! Very efficient on both Dan's and Stephany's part. Yes this was a very pleasant experience. Dan even gave me a follow up call two days later.Very nice! -D.K. of Lake Geneva, WI. More

Awesome place to get a car This past Saturday 3/4/17 my family and I went to Kunes Country for the 2nd time to hopefully get a vehicle. I’m in the process of rebuilding my credi This past Saturday 3/4/17 my family and I went to Kunes Country for the 2nd time to hopefully get a vehicle. I’m in the process of rebuilding my credit so I wanted to work with a dealership that would treat me with respect and welcome my business. For over a month I have been in contact with David Horowitz there and he has been patient, kind, and most importantly understanding to my needs and situation. The first time we went I couldn’t get the car due to my job change and they needed updated documents. So the 2nd time when I went even though I had only one paystub they were still able to work with me. The entire team over there at Kunes was great! From the time you walk in the door you are greeted with a warm welcoming. From that point on to each person we come in contact with they were asking did we need any assistance and if we did just let them know. That really made us feel that our business was welcomed. After Art, the finance manager plugged some numbers for me, David was then able to show me some great options to test drive. In the end I got a beautiful 2015 Nissan Altima. I am really pleased with my purchase as well as with the entire process of working with the team at Kunes Country. I have already recommend my friends and family to this dealership and will continue to do so. Thank you all for providing such great, family-oriented service to my family and I. More
