We have bought more than a dozen cars from Kunes over the years. Not only do we buy from Kunes, we get all our servicing done there too. Some of that is due to geographic convenience. But mostly it's because we appreciate the relationship we've developed with the Kunes team. We are always treated in a courteous, professional, AND friendly manner. This past Saturday, we pulled the trigger on a new 2017 Ford Edge Titanium for my wife. Our trade-in, her 10-year-old Edge, had been a great car. But we were anticipating some large repair bills on the near horizon. It was time to make a switch. After browsing the available 2017 Edges on the lot, we had the good fortune of dealing with Joel Kerbel. Not that we would have gone wrong with any member of the Kunes sales team, but Joel has a laid back -- while still efficient -- approach that allowed us to get along well. The first thing Joel did was offer us a beverage as we sat down at his desk. Nice touch. From there, the price negotiations were relatively quick and pain free. In the end, we got what we fell was a more-than-fair price; Joel made a sale. Everybody was happy. Next, we sat down with Jesse Fischer, the Kunes Business Manager. Jesse was straightforward and open. He took care of our financing and contracts with obvious expertise. The whole process -- from browsing to driving away in a new car took about 4 hours. This may sound long, but it passed quickly and was as enjoyable as buying a new car can AND SHOULD be. We're thrilled with our new car! Thanks Kunes!! More
