He was very knowledgeable about several different models and trim packages, and showed enthusiasm for his job. There was no "hard sell." He wanted to sell me a truck when I was ready, and wanted to inform me and answer my questions until that point. I can also says that John Janowski, a manager, was very creative and helpful, in the purchase process. He explored several options with me, and was instrumental in getting the deal done. Terrible! I purchased a car at their off lot sale in Beloit, WI, fine and dandy. We found out the insurance would be way too high for my budget (we purchased on I purchased a car at their off lot sale in Beloit, WI, fine and dandy. We found out the insurance would be way too high for my budget (we purchased on a Friday night so we could not get pricing yet from our insurance company). Because of a wonderful law in WI, we were able to legally return the vehicle. Oh but they decided to ignore every call about doing so. They even tried to make an appointment for when the grace period would have been up on the return (nice try). Finally returned the vehicle after having to make a physical appearance and speaking with a general manager (whom was pretty tough on the phone..not so much in person). He convinced us to purchase another vehicle from them instead, within my budget, and boy should I have learned from how sketchy the business had already been with the first car. A week later, the second car was making some obnoxious noise and experiencing transmission issues. I had to take it to be seen by their chevy dealer three times, none of which they could fix the issue (even returned my vehicle completely empty of gas). I went to a different dealer to find out the vehicle I purchased was in an accident (that wasn’t in the CarFax) and repairs were out of the bumper to bumper warranty. Got it confirmed by a body shop as well. Tried to contact them about it, no answer. Once again, had to make an in-person visit. After being completely fed up with the noise, I decided to end my extended warranty so I could trade the vehicle elsewhere. I waited three hours in their lobby for them to have me sign a form that took approximately 3 minutes. That was three months after purchasing and trying to get it fixed. Tried to call to get updates on the cancellation about a month later and what a surprise... no answer. Not returning any calls. Funny.. they never processed my paperwork that I waited 3 hours to sign! Now we’ve got the paperwork processed by having to go through the actual warranty company after letting them know Kunes was not doing their job. Kunes then emailed me a copy of a check months later, that they supposedly mailed to my bank (they were the medium, unfortunately), from an email of an employee who apparently no longer worked there. That was about two months after the I cancelled through the warranty company. Just called a week ago because it had been a month and the check still did not process with my bank. No answer, OF COURSE! Had to physically appear at Kunes a day ago to get it handled. They voided the “last check” (which obviously just was never sent, but they’re full of excuses) and would be overnighting the next one. We’ll see how that goes. I got the noise fixed by a dealer in Whitewater, WI and other miscellaneous problems from the accident it was in. I purchased this vehicle in October 2017... Tried to cancel the warranty at the beginning of February 2018.. needless to say it’s June 2018 and I’m still dealing with them. Wouldn’t recommend. More

Kyle meet with me first thing the next day and provided exquisite service! After being treated terribly by two other previous dealerships, I knew Kunes Country Ford was the place I would be buying a vehicle after meeting with Kyle. He was very informative, friendly, and a true professional in his craft! Not only did Kyle get me in a truck I was looking for, he has also created a new friendship, as I could tell he genuinely cares about me as a customer!
