We had applied before hand and was preapproved before our scheduled appointment for test driving and signing papers. The Dealership has a great location right off of I43. Everyone was incredibly friendly and wanted us to feel comfortable get us a drink ect. Alex was very helpful, educated on the vehicle we were interested in, incredibly friendly and professional. Drove to go see it, but was worried that the dealership would want over market value. But we worked out a fair deal under market value, and I also got a fair trade value. My bank was giving me a poor deal, but the finance dept offered an outrageous deal with terms that I though was just to good to be true. And they were too good, but since they are a stand up dealership they just drop an extra 1,200 dollars off the truck price, so that I walked away with the deal we agreed on. In the end it was a pleasant experience, the dealership and Travis Egan were fair and truthful. I got an amazing truck and they also give you a free first oil change, which is great. More
