My service tech was wonderful and kind, but the level of service from the dealership in general is so poor. They have had my vehicle for over a month, they are waiting on parts, which I understand is an iss service from the dealership in general is so poor. They have had my vehicle for over a month, they are waiting on parts, which I understand is an issue, but they should be offering a loaner at this point. I made an appointment to get my vehicle in a month in advance and it took them 4 days to even look at it...and the list of excuses why things aren't moving faster goes on and on. They don't offer loaner or rental coverage. Just hey, here's a shuttle that will take you somewhere and it should be back in an hour. When I compare the level of service to what kind of care my husband receives at Findlay Toyota it truly makes me not want to have a Ford...simply because I dread taking my vehicle in. Customer service is definitely not a high priority for them. More
Don’t use the service department! I was called by the dealership for a recall. I was checking the car in and the service writer said you might get your car back on Monday. I told him I was told the work would take 2 hours. He wanted to know who I’d talked to and I told him I had no idea probably the person that made the appointment in the system. He abruptly told me those people don’t know anything! He knew that it would take at least half a day to do the work. I told him to forget it and walked out. I don’t have time for them to keep my car 3-4 days to do 2 hours nor half a days (in my estimation, that’s 4 hours) work on my car!!! More

Truck stopped working on Sunday and on Monday Gaudin where I purchased the 2021 F150 would not work on it. Called Ford Country and Jose was able to diagnose problem over phone with Vin number. Truck w where I purchased the 2021 F150 would not work on it. Called Ford Country and Jose was able to diagnose problem over phone with Vin number. Truck was ready next day.
