The service tech was freindly, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, the job was done right. I could've gotten the work done cheaper at a fly by night garage, but Ford knows my vehicle better t something I didn't need, the job was done right. I could've gotten the work done cheaper at a fly by night garage, but Ford knows my vehicle better than anyone else and I always go to the dealership for work. I have bought three trucks from Ford. Unfortunately, on each occasion the finance manager has always called me up about a week later and said he needs more money for the deal to go through. I always threaten to bring the vehice back and return it, and the finange mgr. always changes his mind and lets the deal go through as we agreed in the past. It is very stressful and annoying. I wish they would quit doing this.Other than that, this is a great dealership. More

I want acknowledge Teresa Ceba for her courteous and efficient service. She is clearly the best customer service rep I have ever dealt with in this city. I have no complaints about Ford Country! From the QuickLane to the Service Advisors...Ford Country is simply the best. I can always expect a call from Cathy regarding my vehicle. paid well over 7000.00 for service to a 2000 ford e -150 they replaced the whole cooling system and some more....give me back the van with engine light coding and temp overheating....went back a couple of m they replaced the whole cooling system and some more....give me back the van with engine light coding and temp overheating....went back a couple of more times only to have the same happen again....finally the engine seized and was told lack of maintenance.....this service dept should be avoided at all costs....planning to get media an legal team together....they dont fix they just replace on a whim it seems...told one thing one day and told different the next....record all conversations with anyone in service.......
