This is a review of the service department for my 2011 Ford Fiesta. I have a few mechanical concerns with my car and brought it in for service for the second time 6 days ago, 2 of the issues are being add Ford Fiesta. I have a few mechanical concerns with my car and brought it in for service for the second time 6 days ago, 2 of the issues are being addressed like my steering column and the window trim which looks as if it melted around everyone of my windows on the doors but the shuddering my car started doing and the buzzing when you push on the gas pedal driving has not. I was told the shop manager would need to go on a drive with me so when I brought in my car for my scheduled appointment he wasn't available and then was told he would call so I could either explain the problem so he can drive it or come down and drive with him....well they have had my car for 6 days waiting for someone to do the windows trim and I havnt had a pone call yet, I call every day and am told by Anthony my service guy that he is gonna call. I was told my car is going to be ready later today but my main concerns havnt been addressed, 6 days and the shop manager could not pick up the phone ...so my car isn't going to be fixed for what I brought it in there for originally and I am having to pay the tax portion on my car rental for 7 days so far. When I complained to Anthony last night about not hearing from the shop manager his comment was " well he can't drive it right now anyways because the door panels are off" I told him well he could have for several days prior to taking them off . 6 days and no phone call, that's the type of customer care you get at Ford Country! More
I brought my vehicle in for a cash repair of roughly 1000 dollars. I asked them to let me know if my flasher unit was covered under warranty. They told me no problem they would let me know. Upon picking up my vehicle and paying 1000 dollars for something that was not under the extended warranty, I was also charged a diagnostic fee to tell me that the flasher was not covered either. Huh, I told you what was wrong, I did not need to pay the dealer another 125 dollars on top of the money I was already spending to tell me it was not covered! I went to speak to Randy (new service manager) and he was outright rude and was not listening to me. I told him I was a long term customer of Ford Country and I would not come back and he replied, "oh well too bad". I had just purchased a 2012 Focus from Ford Country and was in the works of buying a 2013 Fusion. I have since purchased the new vehicle from another dealer, and will not be returning to Ford Country. Several visits and phone calls to dealer managers went un-noticed, such a shame they would treat a customer this way. More
This is the second new car that I have bought from Ford Country and Sherri Anderson. Both experiences were fantastic, way beyond what I had expected. Ford Country is a fantastic dealership, and saleswoman Country and Sherri Anderson. Both experiences were fantastic, way beyond what I had expected. Ford Country is a fantastic dealership, and saleswoman Sherri Anderson is amazingly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I guess that's why she wins the salesperson of the month award almost every month, and the salesperson of the year award 3 years in a row. More
Louis was great, we were greeted when arrived. He was very courteous to our needs. He explained everything that needed to be done and kept us updated with the work. Always received excellent treatment at Country Ford Service Department when I take my father's Ford in for service. Next time when it is my turn to buy a new car it will be at Country Ford. My 2006 Superduty truck broke down on I-15 just south of Las Vegas and after already dealing with poor customer service at Gaudin Ford, I called Ford Country. They were able to get my truck in right a way f Las Vegas and after already dealing with poor customer service at Gaudin Ford, I called Ford Country. They were able to get my truck in right a way for a diagnostic test. Within 3 hours Ford Country had my vehicle repaired and back on the road........... Thank You Cathy !! More
I was treated in a professional manner by everyone I dealth with at Ford Country. Service advisor quickly took my information/concerns and Ford Country provided fast courtesy transportation to my desti dealth with at Ford Country. i brought my Fusion in for the AIRBAG light being on. my regular warranty (3/36) is over but i have an ESP which would cover the problem and i would pay a $100 deductible. the service writer called me 2 ti regular warranty (3/36) is over but i have an ESP which would cover the problem and i would pay a $100 deductible. the service writer called me 2 times to advise me of when the unit might be ready. in the meantime, i went through the Warranty Book that came with my Fusion and found the the SRS has a warranty for 5yrs/60K miles and the airbag issue should be covered under that warranty. i had to bring that to the service writer Teresa's attention. it wasn't until i told her about that that she even acknowledged that the airbag issue could be part of the SRS warranty. i am a layman and feel that i would have had to pay the $100 deductible if i wouldn't have done my homework and mentioned it to her. the other issue is i brought my Fusion in at 9am on a wednesday morning and it was not ready for pickup til friday night at 5pm. the reason i was told when Teresa called me on Thursday morning was that the new "part" arrived, but it was defective. Although that is "possible", i highly doubt that to be true. Ford is a world class global company that does not deal in inferior parts. I believe this was an excuse, not the real reason. Also, when i called on friday at 4:45pm to see if my Fusion was ready, my service writer had already gone home and I had not yet received a call on if my unit was ready. That's when I talked to Edy (a guy). He told me that my car was NOT ready as the PART was not in yet. --- Then 5 minutes later, I received a call from Kathy (another service writer) who said my car was ready. -- I was frustrated by then. I then came and picked up my vehicle. More
We have been using Ford Country on Gibson Road in Henderson since we came to the Las Vegas Valley in 1997. We have purchased two vehicles from this dealership as well as used their service many time Henderson since we came to the Las Vegas Valley in 1997. This dealership has been the finest dealership I have ever dealt with They are great in all areas (sales, service, maintenance, etc.) and have some of the most consistently customer service staff I have ever dealt with. I would recommend Ford Country to anyone. More
