Alan Heady Service Advisor is FANTASTIC My 2016 Ford Focus had to be towed in to the dealership. I had a transmission issue and two nails in my tire. They had my car for one week. All that My 2016 Ford Focus had to be towed in to the dealership. I had a transmission issue and two nails in my tire. They had my car for one week. All that time there Alan called me and kept me informed on the status of my car. My tire was special order and it took a few days to get it. My transmission computer needed to be replace. Glad that was in stock. Alan and Team Ford Country did a awesome job on my car. The entire staff is so friendly. The lobby is very clean. More

I went to him after the service manager showed Kevin Vanetta made things right after I had a very negative experience with Ford's Service Department. I went to him after the service manager showed absolutely NO regard for four issues I had with my service. Where the service manager's attitude was one of, "I do not care what your problems were, and I am unwilling to help you," Kevin's attitude was the opposite, he listened to me with care, and he intervened to make sure I walked away satisfied and would be a return customer. Thanks to Kevin, I will return to Ford Country. I would return to the sales department (where we purchased our Fusion 7 or 8 years ago), and I would return to Quick Care, where my husband has always had wonderful service; however, I personally will not return to the service department. No paying customer should ever have to fight to be heard. More
Turned away I went online to request service and a number text me back stating there was no appointment needed and that they closed at 7pm Monday thru Friday. I went and after work drove from across town because it was after 5 and I thought i would have time to get my car service,according to the text. Boy was I wrong, not only when I get there at 5:20pm I was told they can not see me because they stop taking cars at 4pm. Now I'm confused because the text said they closed at 7pm. So I was direct to the manager on duty. He then informed me "we do not have a text system and I'm not sure who text me". He also told me they closed at 6pm and that they can stop taking cars at any point and the day. He was adamant that they didn't have a text system so I spent another 15 minutes proving to him they had a text system. This was the worst experience at a dealership ever. I always here people state don't take your car to a dealership. This is my 1st ford and I was kinda excited on taking my car to the dealership to get service. After this experience maybe I'll try better luck at Ford in Las Vegas because Ford in Henderson really let me down. More
Warranty Repair Work Bought a 2005 Mustang GT from them 2 years ago used.. great shape, took out the 2 year extended warranty... took my car in to get serviced regularly t Bought a 2005 Mustang GT from them 2 years ago used.. great shape, took out the 2 year extended warranty... took my car in to get serviced regularly there, paying more of course.. from the beginning a SEAP in transmission.. but was told not to worry... when I made an warranty appointment 3 weeks ago after coming in on a Saturday at 8am they said I had a Transmission Seal leak.. not a gasket.. told me they would need it 3 days.. said I couldn't leave it then I would make an warranty appointment again, I did but they were booked until today oct 14th which i made my appointment, 7am.. paid for a rental car with Budget(in the dealership).. when i dropped off my car i was told my Warranty EXPIRED the 11th! they couldn't do anything about it... it would have been nice if someone had told me it expired on the 11th as i would have brought it in then? but then again, how could i as they didn't have any openings with this sought after transmission guy... so I was basically screwed at that point... its funny how they also had Offered to do my clutch CHEAP once they got everything taken out to repair the seal, at $1500!!! that's Cheap! I got estimates at $700 to replace it from the get go... so now will wait to fix the seal when i get my clutch replaced, luckily the Seal isn't leaking bad... and can wait.... More

service dept On Tuesday 7-7-15 I took my ford edge in for 70,000 mile check and was told I needed new rear brakes and that I would need to make an appointment for On Tuesday 7-7-15 I took my ford edge in for 70,000 mile check and was told I needed new rear brakes and that I would need to make an appointment for service. I made the appointment for Friday 7-10-15 @ 7:30am and showed up at 7:15am and was told that the work would take 2 to 4 hrs to complete. I told the service rep (Art) that I would be waiting for my car. After 4 hrs I asked another service rep (didn't get the name) what the status of my car was. She made a call and told me that they where going to start working on it at that time, 4 hrs later. Can anyone tell me what the xxxx the appointment time was for??? After only 1 1/2 hrs more my car was done. Completely unacceptable. Needless to say this was my last trip to this dealer. There are more that would like my business. More
