Excellence Service in the Quick lane with Kirsten Neill! We brought our Focus in for an oil change, Kirsten greeted us in the service lane. Very good service just one knock Had a recall dropped off vehicle went home was called by service advisor saying it was ready i asked to be picked up at home (vehicle shuttle) was adv Had a recall dropped off vehicle went home was called by service advisor saying it was ready i asked to be picked up at home (vehicle shuttle) was advised they only drop off not picked up to dealer you should offer round trip since it was fords fault for recall it would cost me around 50 dollats to get there maybe uber would charge less i can see if repair took around 2 hours i can wait but 4 hours too long More

Service was great as always. I always get great service when I bring my Explorer to Ford Country for scheduled service but this was the first time I used the Quick Lane. The Café is a good touch and the food is good and the cost reasonable I've purchased two vehicles at Ford Country and serviced many others and will come back in the future.
