On 19 June 2019 I brought my 2018 Fusion to the service dept for replacement of the front wheel well splash guard. The estimate for the work was $500. After waiting 2 hrs I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the cost would be only $286.10. After a few days of driving, I noticed that the splash guard they had replaced had fallen off. We brought the car back to Austin at Ford Country and left it there from 12 July to 15 July so they could fully evaluate the problem. When we picked up the car we were told that they could not fix the problem and recommended that we take the car to a body shop for an estimate. Since it was obvious to them that they did not have the expertise to repair this type of problem in the first place, I asked for a refund of the money I had paid to have the problem fixed. They refused. I guess Ford Country does not stand behind its work and is only interested in taking your money. I will be writing to Ford Motor Co in Michigan to inform them about the devious and unprofessional activities of this dealership. We have 3 new Ford automobiles in our family and have always been a "Ford Family". We will continue to purchase Fords, but definitely not from Ford Country. More

Kevin spent a lot of time in locating this car from another local Ford dealer which had the color an options on it that wanted. Everyone at Ford Country were very pleasant during the purchase and training with this new 2020 Explorer. I would highly recommend this Ford dealership and Kevin my salesperson there. More

Does not honor recall, made me pay $3100 for a faulty trans They screwed me out of $3100 because Ford says it's "normal" for an automatic transmission to wear out every 10-20k miles. Apparently a Focus generate They screwed me out of $3100 because Ford says it's "normal" for an automatic transmission to wear out every 10-20k miles. Apparently a Focus generates such tremendous horsepower. There is a known recall for this exact issue (14M01), as well as a class action lawsuit supposedly settling in December. Ford will still not take accountability because my car's build date is a few days off from the recall requirements, which would have covered this repair. I bought the car new, and was constantly told it was normal for the transmission to shake and jerk around while driving when I complained about it. They finally replaced the clutch in the automatic transmission at 30k miles. At 56k miles my transmission completely failed, AGAIN, almost causing an accident while I was driving it. I find it disgusting, dishonest, and shameless of Ford to let their customers pay for poor design and quality. I will never buy another Ford as long as a live and I am going to do everything in my power to dissuade as many people as possible to choose anything but a Ford. After bringing my car home, the touch to unlock/lock door handles on 2 of the doors no longer worked. After just taking them off myself I found that these incompetent techs could not even plug the wires back in. More
Rebecca was great! Thanks so much to Rebecca for helping my mom out and seeing what her options were. Also for holding my daughter, she was absolutely amazing with her! They broke my key and now the car won't start and they want to charge me 500 bucks to give me a new key and reprogramming. I am beyond blown away at how poorly they have treated us. I can't trust the work they did on the airbags now and this car is a gift for my granddaughter. More

The customer service that I recieved when I was concerned about a problem with my vehicles t I was a first time customer and will never be back again! The customer service that I recieved when I was concerned about a problem with my vehicles tires after they were rotated was beyond ridiculous . I did not call to have someone argue with me . Obviously this is not the field I work in and when I notice something over time to tell that person that " it's far fetched" is concerning especially if this is something you do daily .. More
Worst ever. Liars Dropped my F350 off on with appointment. I was told it would be worked on immediately and Jodi would take 15 hours, 2 days. On Wednesday the service w Dropped my F350 off on with appointment. I was told it would be worked on immediately and Jodi would take 15 hours, 2 days. On Wednesday the service writer, Jared told me it wouldn't be done until Thursday or Friday. Thursday I called and Jared said a technician was working it and he would call me around noon to let me know when it would be done 1:30, no call. After leaving numerous messages with service manager and customer service representative, CS finally called. She was no help so I told her I wanted to talk to GM. He called and told me the diesel technician was two weeks behind, that my truck had not been touch and they didn't have the tools to even do the work I needed done. My truck is 2000 F350. The service writer, Jared out right lied to me earlier and had been the whole time they had my truck. I am picking it and taking to independent shop. Went in to pick up my vehicle this morning and they hand me a bill for almost $500 for replacing two radiator hoses and removing valve cover. When I questioned why when primary work had not been done, they zeroed the bill. Before I left I looked under the hood and hoses had not been changed. When I brought it to their attention, they said bill was a clerical error. When I told I felt they were hoping I was a "roll over" and wouldn't question th ed bill, the SM,, Mario, told me to leave. So I spent the m Spent $1600 on service just 2 weeks ago, which was to include replacing the battery. They told me the battery was replaced. It wasnt! So I spent the morning waiting on roadside service, missing work, to finally get the truck (less than 41k miles) up to the dealership...again! Their response..."we're sorry". My service manager asked several times I give them a 5 star rating. Never again. These people can't be trusted. I'm missing work to fix a problem that should have already been fixed and Ford Country doesn't pay any price, the customer does. Furthermore, this is typical. More
Worst Place to do business Worst place to do business. They sold is a car and then decided to not stand behind a written contract and stuck us with the car. Tried to remedy the Worst place to do business. They sold is a car and then decided to not stand behind a written contract and stuck us with the car. Tried to remedy the situation but they were unwilling to make it right. We said we would purchase the car if they would rent the windows clearly written in the contract. They did not get this done. Also determined the car would not work for us the moment we stepped in it. The car had not left the dealership and we were forced to take the car. Its sits in our driveway. They did not treat us fair. I have tried to work with them to at least refinance. No call back. We were lied to about the car and its performance. Never ever buy a car from Ford Country in Henderson.
