I bought a 2013 Ford Escape in May of 2019. This xxx needed a transmission 60 days later, at the expense of $4000, the vehicle was pulling to the left so I took it to Big O to find that it had four diff needed a transmission 60 days later, at the expense of $4000, the vehicle was pulling to the left so I took it to Big O to find that it had four different types of tires so I had to get a new set of tires alignment at the cost of $1000. It is broke down again check engine light on with the smell of gas an smoking. All of this in less then 8 months. The salesman told me that the car went through over 50 checks and was a perfect car. He lied and if he did tell the truth they need to get new mechanics because the ones that checked this vehicle out sucks. More
I Will Never Ever Go To This Place Again The first time I went there was to get an oil change on my daughters Ford Fiesta - No problems. They did a diagnostic check and told me the part would cost $1600.00 and when I said no that I will check around for the part they charged me $100.00 for the diagnostic check. Now your going to love this: The engine light went on in the Fiesta a mechanic shop was installing a new battery in the car and did a free diagnostic for me and determined that the transmission needed a computer program upgrade that is done by Ford. I went to the dealer ship with the technical bulletin and the code. They told me they still have to do a diagnostic because there may be something else wrong. Either way they were going to charge me $167.00 for the diagnostic but will discount that amount if any work needs to be done. I went elsewhere and got a free diagnostic and the problem resolved. Also if you need your brakes check go elsewhere they will charge you just to look at the brakes. Lots of places in Henderson that will do it for free. Unless you want to spend a fortune in getting your car fixed stay away for this place. More

But I didn't have warranty parts and labor on a water pump. I was so livid being there on Monday if you were standing in front of me when I left I probably would have ran your xxx over. Wish manager and service writer ever. When a service writer came out at the very end when my car pulled up I don't think I've ever dropped so many f-bombs in my life I wonder how they're staying in business Without A Doubt the crappiest Ford dealership I've ever had to deal with. Go back 5 months ago I gave him great reviews I hope lightning strikes because karma is a b****. You want a smog $48 go anywhere in town and get one for less than 20. That's just one example how they like to rip people off. More
I took my Ford Fusion Hybrid in for an oil change to Friendly Ford. We used to deal with Ford Country but no longer do so because they cheated us on a repair. The service dept at Friendly Ford needed to Friendly Ford. We used to deal with Ford Country but no longer do so because they cheated us on a repair. The service dept at Friendly Ford needed to flush the oil system because our last oil change with Ford Country used regular oil in a Hybrid which is not correct per Ford Service Manual. You guessed it, the last oil change was done be Ford Country. Friendly Ford did not charge us for the extra service. We are never going to incompetent Ford Country again More
Extremely Poor Customer Service in Service Department Just had the Service Manager, Mario Hernandez, tell me to “pick up my car, they will not provide service to me”. This happened after I voiced my displeasure when they told me they were backed up and would probably not get to my vehicle until the next day. They were backed up from the previous day and when I told them a phone call would have been nice the service advisor told me nearly all of their service appointments took two days. This is an appointment that was scheduled in July for a Ford Safety Recall and October 24th was the earliest they could provide the service. The service recall letter stated the repair was less than one-half day and when I made the appointment no one told me otherwise. I have been a Ford owner for several years and have never experienced such a rude and calloused attitude from a service manager. More

I have a 2015 Edge that I recently dropped off to hav Absolutely DO NOT take your vehicle here for service or purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I have a 2015 Edge that I recently dropped off to have repairs done on my power sunshade. When I brought the vehicle in, the sunshade would open and retract but would leave a small 1" gap on the right side. After getting it "diagnosed" the service department said that it would NOT be covered under the $4000 Ford Extra Protection plan I purchased. They told me that the repairs would cost me $9000. I told them I would take the car someplace else and when they brought it to me the sunshade was completely off the track and covered in black fingerprints and grease. And now the sunshade doesn't retract at all! They completely broke the clip on the left side of the sunshade and are now refusing to repair it and at least return the vehicle to the same condition in which I dropped it off. I called to speak to John Childs the service manager. They are not accepting any responsibility for destroying my sunshade or for their absolute negligence and destruction of my vehicle. I asked for his manager's name which he refused to give me. When I asked him for the number to their legal department he told me if I had an attorney they could go figure it out. The vehicle only has 28,000 miles on it and under no circumstances should the service department be allowed to cause damage to your vehicle and then say they are not responsible. My attorney has advised me to not remove the vehicle from their possession until ligations are complete leaving me without transportation and a car that I paid $50,000 for. Do NOT buy a Ford! Do NOT take your vehicle here! Do NOT purchase their bogus Extra Protection plan as they will find loopholes not to cover the necessary components. I guess when the service advisor Daniel Lopez says I own a Jeep because I see all the Fords that come through the service department here we should all take notice! Oh and btw, I've placed 2 calls to Mario Hernandez, the Customer Relations Manager and was told he would call me back. It's been 4 days and still haven't heard from him. More

After waiting 15 minutes to be checked in, an advisor came out asked what the problems were, checked the mileage and year of my car and then proceeded to tell me that I was better off taking it to a third party as he did not want to touch it. Basically, he did not want to diagnose the issues and not fix them, as Ford no longer made the parts and he did not want to use third party parts as he could not offer a warranty on them. I brought my car in as I wanted the faults diagnosed. If they could not repair them, that was fine as I would at least know what needed to be fixed. Also, I have successfully purchased Ford OEM parts for my vehicle from the parts dept without any issues before, so there are still some OEM parts available and without diagnosing the problems, there is no way of knowing whether or not the OEM Ford parts are available or not. My car is not some rare unicorn, simply a well kept 2002 Ford Focus wagon, owned from new with 192000 miles. More
