Ford Country - Service Center

I was there for an oil change and was told by the service writer that my coupon was invalid, that the price of the cost of oil changes have gone up, what I didn’t get to tell her was that the coupon was dire writer that my coupon was invalid, that the price of the cost of oil changes have gone up, what I didn’t get to tell her was that the coupon was directly taken from their own dealership website, I didn’t push further on having this coupon double checked but was upset that it was posted for the public and I couldn’t use it at the dealership where I purchased my vehicle More

Made an appointment for service, just needed an oil change after road trip vacation. When I got there, apparently my appointment didn't get in the books, but they did accommodate me but it took 1hr 30m change after road trip vacation. When I got there, apparently my appointment didn't get in the books, but they did accommodate me but it took 1hr 30min,which she did tell me it would take awhile. They washed my car after ( I had just washed and detailed the day before) and when I got home I noticed that the passenger side of the car had grease smeared on it, that was kinda messed up. I would still go back the customer service, even with the mess up on the appointment was good. The employees are all very nice. In the end what I needed done, was done. More

Treated like I was a nobody with a 70,000 truck. Never again. Have never been treated so badly. Acted as fixing my truck that is under warranty was a problem to them then stirred me off to a rental car pl again. Have never been treated so badly. Scheduling person didn’t even get up or offer me a seat to set up car date and answer my warranty questions….. I asked for at least a wipe off of my vehicle thst I brought in detailed but it had a layer o to set up car date and answer my warranty questions….. Not as much was fixed as another shop recommended so I’m hopeful all that is necessary was done. And I don’t have the compressor go out again. At first I wasn’t aware I had an extended warranty so another place gave me their recommendation…… More
