The service is definitely 5 Star! Advisor Tom Murphy kept us informed throughout the entire process. We were especially glad that we had purchased the extended warranty which covered the entire cost of the r us informed throughout the entire process. Ford country took care of my warranty issue even though my extended warranty was not bought through them. I service my truck here and wouldn’t want to bring it anywhere else. He was very professional and his communications with me regarding my truck were excellent! He kept me updated every other day with current status or parts ETA and estimated completion upon parts arrivals. He also took care of everything as far as extended warranty communications. Not once did I have to speak with the warranty company myself. I’ve been servicing my truck here since I bought it and so far, Tom has been the best person to work with in the service department!
