My 2014 Mustang Convertible top no longer functioned. Received an estimate of $2200.00 to fix it. Three days later, heard from the dealership, that "it needed more work than they thought" and it would Received an estimate of $2200.00 to fix it. Three days later, heard from the dealership, that "it needed more work than they thought" and it would now cost $7800 to fix including the $2200 already spent. They would not refund the 2200, insisting I had agreed to the work, so I got my mustang back in the exact same condition for 2200 dollars. I asked to speak to the Service Manager, and of course he was on a "conference call". I spoke to another manager, who assured me he would review the paperwork with Mr. Hernandez and have him call me back. Three days later, no word, so I left a message for Mr. Hernandez. As of the writing of this review, still no call back, and of course, this time, no survey to fill out. My only solace, is I'm comfortable that I will spend far more than $2200 in the years to come, and it will not go to this dealership More

Bought a brand new 2019 escape lasted 4 years 90k miles before the engine block cracked and was leaking coolant. Ford issued a recall but Country Ford wouldn't honor it even after acknowledging the recalle before the engine block cracked and was leaking coolant. They said the recall was for 7 years 84k miles, my worthless engine was 4 years 90k miles so was outside of their replacement milage window, even though I had brought the car in before the 84k to be repaired they didnt mention the recall, i had to figure that on my own and by then it was too late. They are a bunch of liars in the service dept, don't ever come here unless you want to throw your money away!! More

This service department totally sucks. I had a broken distance on my cruise control, but my speed control was working.
