We went to Ford Country because we needed to replace our car asap. We had money down and was looking at getting a family car. the phone sales man said that they could get us a good deal because of my employ car asap. We picked one and they got the paperwork started. We where there about 3 hours when the manager let us take the car home we really like. The next day we had to return to finish the paperwork and get the second set of keys. This was after my hubby had just had out patient surgery. We got there only to have the manager tell us that they had sold the car we had taken home to someone else because they couldn't get our paperwork to go through on that car. This put us out of a vehicle completely. The credit manger told us that they had one car on the lot that we can get approved for. A 2005 PT cruiser that was 2000 more than the Honda that we had picked out. He said that we could get it with the 1000.00 down that we had put on the other car and that they would cover our first months insurance as part of the deal for the trouble. Well the insurance thing never happened. The credit manager got us approved with Chase finance with a 24% interest that he stated was standard. As first time car buyers we believed him. We found that after about 6 months of having the car that Chase was only requiring 18% interest. The credit agent that I talked to said that the dealership sets the interest rate to guarantee the loan. Thanks Ford Country. We also found that the car had been in an accident that the front drivers side was fixed and partially replaced. More

Later minor problems handled by Chris Tellinger, extremely friendly, courteous and very, very helpful. He made me feel important. Convenience and easy to deal with sales. I called to see if they had the model car I wanted. When they did I agreed to purchase it if they would pick me up from the airport and finance it 100%. It could have been a little quicker, but i felt the extra time spent saved us time in the long run and validated we were on the right car and at the right dealership. I didn't have to search high and low for the color and options i wanted. My salesperson, Rich Ruane, is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge! He told me things about the Escape i couldn't find on the internet, and did a unbelievable job. The sales manager, Brad Cambridge, was quite cordial, and the finance manager, Paul Jarrett, was so helpful and courteous, it was as if I wasn't at a car dealership at all!! He arranged a great payment option that included the "Gas and Go" program. Easy, no hassle, convenient, and their service department is great! More

paid well over 7000.00 for service to a 2000 ford e -150 they replaced the whole cooling system and some more....give me back the van with engine light coding and temp overheating....went back a couple of m they replaced the whole cooling system and some more....give me back the van with engine light coding and temp overheating....went back a couple of more times only to have the same happen again....finally the engine seized and was told lack of maintenance.....this service dept should be avoided at all costs....planning to get media an legal team together....they dont fix they just replace on a whim it seems...told one thing one day and told different the next....record all conversations with anyone in service.......
