My Business With Ford County Began I Believe In 1997. I Went To This Dealership Primarily For Service On Various Ford Models That I Had Not Purchased From Them. They Always Serviced All My Vehicles As If I Had Purchased Them From Ford Country. The Models I Owned And Still Own Were A 1994 Thunderbird. A 1997 Ranger XLT Extended. A 2001 F150 4x4 Crew. Then One Day My F150 Was Being Serviced. This Was 2005. They Had A 2005 Mustang GT Brand New And On The Lot. I Immediately Wanted To Buy It. And I Did. I Never Have Had A Dealer Ship Make Purchasing A Vehicle So Easy. My Credit Was Bad. My Deposit Was Low. My Interest Was What I Deserved And My Monthly Payment Very Affordable. I Have A Very Long History Of Being Loyal To Ford. There Are Dealerships Who Know Me And My Family Very Well. My Credit Has Never Been An Issue With Ford Credit. Because I Have Never Let Down Ford Credit. So When Certain South West Florida DealerShip(s) Find Out That I Am Planning To Buy A 2012 Super Snake Shelby From Ford Country Of Henderson NV, They Are Going To Very Disappointed In Me. My Family Business Has Purchased Many Fords For Citrus Industry Agriculture. I Never Forgot The Way I Was Treated And The Absolute Incredible Ease That Ford Country Allowed Me In Order To Purchase A High End 2005 Mustang GT. And Ford Country Did Not Know Me From Squat. I Have Lived In Las Vegas For Many Years. There Is An Atmosphere From This Dealership's Owners And Sales In Conjunction With A No BS Attitude To Sell Cars. The first year after buying my truck, i returned to the dealer whit the (abs)light coming on. In all the trips i made (3) to this dealer they never fixed the problem. Then several years i brought it in for dealer whit the (abs)light coming on. In all the trips i made (3) to this dealer they never fixed the problem. Then several years i brought it in for a broken driver side window assembly, i was charged over $500.00 for this repair. The very next year the same problem with the passenger side window, this time i took it to a service shop in Henderson and was charged $235.00 for the same repair, and they bought the part from Ford Country parts dept. I am getting ready to buy a new truck this year and sad to say for the frist in my life Ford will not be on my list. I hope this helps someone out down the road. She was really great. Stefan worked hard to try and get me the best possible deal. He was a really nice salesfellow. I'm really really happy with my little Fiesta. I love every single thing about it, and driving is truly a joy. It's a beautiful car with lots of goodies, like blind spot mirrors-- great job, that is!!!--- and all my family are online and investigating the Fiesta also. They're impressed too, especially with the mileage and safety ratings. It's a well built car, and a great choice. I plan to always buy Ford from now on-- seriously. :) More
Could not get a new 4X4 but put me into a very nice used one. Bought a 2006 F-150 King Ranch with very low mileage. I swear the 4X4 was like new with warranty. The service tech was freindly, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, the job was done right. I could've gotten the work done cheaper at a fly by night garage, but Ford knows my vehicle better t something I didn't need, the job was done right. I could've gotten the work done cheaper at a fly by night garage, but Ford knows my vehicle better than anyone else and I always go to the dealership for work. I have bought three trucks from Ford. Unfortunately, on each occasion the finance manager has always called me up about a week later and said he needs more money for the deal to go through. I always threaten to bring the vehice back and return it, and the finange mgr. always changes his mind and lets the deal go through as we agreed in the past. It is very stressful and annoying. I wish they would quit doing this.Other than that, this is a great dealership. More
