Bought a lemon used car I bought a Toyota Prius 2006, in February. Didn’t buy the warranty. First week or so, the car needed quite a bit of work. They took care of it. Yay T I bought a Toyota Prius 2006, in February. Didn’t buy the warranty. First week or so, the car needed quite a bit of work. They took care of it. Yay Toyota! 4 months later - paid $1000. Last week - needs a new hybrid battery, and then discovered not a Toyota battery included. Needs brakes too! $4000plus total! Wow! Trevor was greT though and tried to help us the best he could. The salesman told me I didn’t need to take it to my mechanic. Wish I would have. More
Friendly and Accommodating Dealership We have purchased 2 brand new vehicles from Foothills Toyota. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The staff knowledgeable and helpful. We also We have purchased 2 brand new vehicles from Foothills Toyota. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The staff knowledgeable and helpful. We also are smiles at and welcomed each time we enter the premises. We always like to give the newest staff member our business and even though Chad Moses made initial contact with us, he deferred and introduced us to Trina, the newest staffer on board. What a classy and generous thing to do! Trina, our salesperson, was so sweet and knowledgeable and she made sure our questions were answered. She even texted us off the clock when we had a concern about our new Truck after she left for home. Kyle, our financial guide, was super friendly and so easy to talk with. He explained everything thoroughly and made our time spent with him easy. The service department is customer pleasing, as the waiting area is comfy and beverages are available for free. The service mechanics are great and we are so glad to be part of the “Toyota” family. Randy remembers us from our past purchase of a new vehicle and was so welcoming! More

Great Service I made an appointment for a Saturday at Foothills Toyota. Arrive about 10 minutes ahead of my appointment time and the service department was waiting I made an appointment for a Saturday at Foothills Toyota. Arrive about 10 minutes ahead of my appointment time and the service department was waiting for me to arrive. They gave a time estimate when the car would be done. Right on time the car was done and washed. Glad to have come here for service work. More
