Great Experience I was impressed with everything about this dealership. It was my first 5,000 Mile service on a 2018 Tacoma. I was in and out with a wash in less than I was impressed with everything about this dealership. It was my first 5,000 Mile service on a 2018 Tacoma. Customer Service is lacking in the "Service" dept I brought my husband (Timmy's) Rav 4 in and; I had to hunt down somebody from the service department to find that I still had to wander the shop unti I brought my husband (Timmy's) Rav 4 in and; I had to hunt down somebody from the service department to find that I still had to wander the shop until I found the person to check me in. When I did find her I told her I was checking in for an oil change and that my "service engine" light was on. After 1hr 45 min I was approached by a rep who said I was all done. When I asked about my service light I was told that they didn't know anything about a light being on. I then talked to the service dept again who said that even if I had the service plan (in which I'm pretty sure included this service) I would still have to pay $125 to have the diagnostic plugged in. Rep was not polite about providing this information. After the work was done, I had to ask where to find my car then walk halfway around the building to find it (in the pouring rain) More

Some sales persons more knowledgeable, others border on pushy (but that was expected). I was able to settle on a price by text....and that was appreciated. It ALWAYS drives me nuts that any sale is a two-parted w/ a mandatory sit down w/ finance guy who "is required" to try and upsell. The gap between writing up the sale and paying for it could be shortened or eliminated. More

Attentive to our interests, yet, low keyed in their sales approach, we felt 'embraced' by their family persona. It was an easy decision to purchase from this dealership. And, oh, by the way, the folks responsible, for preparing the vehicle for our acceptance walk-around, did an outstanding job. Their attention to detail will be hard for us to follow their example (lol)! More

I appreciate that there is a primary person I deal with when scheduling service and enjoy working with Clancy who returns calls promptly and is good at estimating how long a job might take. On my last visit I needed a gas cap door I’d accidentally torn off replaced with another one that I provided. They attached it for no charge and then even washed my car. How’s that for great? When I come round to replacing my car I will give much more weight to considering a Toyota because I hold this service department in such high regard. More

And last time I went for service your people told me I need stuff done that was not needed so I again scheduled the service and went in waited forever just to told it was not needed and still charged like 20.00 for your errors and told you ever told me come in was wrong. Also your service is always way more expensive then anyone else. not happy or satisfied after this second time and waiting so long. More
