Treated well by service department When arriving st Foothills Toyota a person was there to greet me and direct me to the area for parking. The parking area was undercover making nice since it was raining. This was the first servicing which included only to rotate the tires and inspection of other systems. This servicing required minimum time so I waited just a short time. The vehicle was also washed. Unfortunately, birds bomber the truck today while was at the gym. Some disappointments I have with the vehicle are there is not a lock on the passenger door so to gain access I have to go out in the lane of traffic to unlock the door. There was not a remote on the key. When I first drove Tacoma, the vehicle had jumper seats in the back of the extended cab. That vehicle was black and I wanted a grey vehicle. The replacement vehicle did not have the jumper seats. I did not notice this feature until owning the truck a few days. I called Toyota directly and was informed it would cost me an dittional $3,000.00 per seat by the dealer. Obviously I was not happy about this. When talking with a representative at Foot Hills Toyota when having my first servicing, representative stated “ I did not know they made them without bucket seates in the back”. Need for a more informed financial process. My sales rep was pleasant and direct but as a buyer of a new vehicle for the 1st time in over 20 years I felt the overall process was rushed to the en My sales rep was pleasant and direct but as a buyer of a new vehicle for the 1st time in over 20 years I felt the overall process was rushed to the end result of the purchase. It was 5 hours any it was unclear at times just what was happening. It is clear they want to seal the deal before you can change your mind but the important financial details are left to a closer whom you do not get to consult with until the last 20 minutes when you are a bit overwhelmed. This process probably works for buyers who know the drill. Not so much for the novice buyer like me. More

I did my research online and I knew Foothills Toyota was offering a good value. I was surprised that it came with any kind of warranty at all, being that it was a 2012. I will also say that being that we live in Bothell the test drive was more pleasant than driving around here, and the dealer can spread out more than he Seattle area dealers. More
