When I arrived for my appointment, nobody had read that comment, and I was told that I needed to work with a service advisor to see if that side of the house could perform the requested service. If this is the way it works, why the f*** even have the comment box when signing-up for a service apt? More

Great service as always! I just had my Toyota in to Foothills Toyota to check on some items of concern. Trevor went above and beyond to try to diagnose the issue. He was patient and thorough as always when getting details on the issues I was experiencing and never made me feel like he was in a rush. He even waited a couple of minutes after closing for me to get there to pick up my car and once again, didn't make me feel rushed or that it was a big deal even though the service center was closed down. He took the time to show me what they'd found with my car and made sure I felt comfortable and didn't have any questions. I've dealt with Trevor many times for any service or regular maintenance I have done on my car and couldn't be happier with the level of service.
