Did not do what I asked them to do. I brought my car in for it's 100,000 mile check up asked them to vacuum and wash. I dropped it off and told them no hurry just call when they were don I brought my car in for it's 100,000 mile check up asked them to vacuum and wash. I dropped it off and told them no hurry just call when they were done. I got my car back it had not been washed or vacuumed. Not sure if the rest of the work was done or not as I only had their word and I was told it had been cleaned. I called to talk to someone but to no avail. I left a message for the manager and someone else called and simply said we are sorry you did not care for our service. I know that once you have spent a lot of money on a new car you hope that they will treat you the same. My mistake. More
