Friendly and Accomodating We thought we were scheduled for Jan 4 but found out that we were scheduled for the 3rd. So when we came on the 4th, the service group was slammed. We thought we were scheduled for Jan 4 but found out that we were scheduled for the 3rd. So when we came on the 4th, the service group was slammed. Danny and Dave helped us get the problem solved and were able to squeeze us in regardless of how busy everyone was. This extra effort really was appreciated and made our day as we came up from Marysville. Thanks Guys. More

The paper was completed in an instant and in a few minutes I was in the courtesy shutt The service staff was ready for my car even though I was early. The paper was completed in an instant and in a few minutes I was in the courtesy shuttle to breakfast at Sheri’s. The service was completed well within an hour! And my car looked like new after the complementary car wash. No other Toyota dealer comes close to Foothills in service or sales!! More

The first response I got a picture of a car I wasn't interested in. :( When we finally arrived the welcome was great . I asked questions if the car had gone through the Toyota check and I was told no and that they had just started the detail but they weren't able to finish it but brought it out for us to see;). I noticed the car wash wasn't the best missed a lot of spots, the interior dash board wasn't clean had a lot of dust on it still there was a hair ball on the right side of the drivers seat. I did mention this when I drove the car. I kept of asking for a copy of the car inspection a few times and noticed that the copy I got looked like it had the original signature not sure why? I asked about a few items about the car and had to keep asking we never received a copy of the Carfax or were we able to see it? Over the car is AWESOME lol so far. We would like to buy the next car with you all but want honesty and if you don't have the answer say so and get back with us I shouldn't have to keep asking the same question over and over:( busy or not Customer service is important at all levels.
