Average service department Foothills Toyota service department has never impressed me. The only reason I go here is because it is closer to me than the one in Bellingham. Their Foothills Toyota service department has never impressed me. The only reason I go here is because it is closer to me than the one in Bellingham. Their customer service is average at best. I showed up to my appointment and they were surprised to see me. The one redeeming quality was that the service was done quickly. Was the work quality? Time will tell... More

Felt like I was at a used car dealership I went into this dealership to meet with Hugh and test drive a vehicle that I had been looking at. I was upfront with him that I was not decided on bu I went into this dealership to meet with Hugh and test drive a vehicle that I had been looking at. I was upfront with him that I was not decided on buying, but would be willing to take a look at financing, despite the fact that I already had a pre-approval letter. I specifically asked if looking into options would result in multiple hard inquiries to my credit, which I was assured it would NOT. Upon checking I now have 3 inquiries, none of which are even for the institution that I provided my pre-approval from, on my credit and did not even purchase a car!! On top of that, I was at the dealership for nearly 3 hours while the financing search took place, the whole time Hugh and Kyle were processing paperwork for me to buy the car - something which I repeatedly told both of them I was not 100% sure on. Every question I asked about the car's history (which I had via Carfax) was either dodged or responded to with a blatant lie. I have been a long time Lexus supporter expected top notch service, being that Toyota is their parent company, but that is not what I received. I felt like I was in one of those trailer offices at a sleezy car dealership on the side of the highway, not a manufacturer's dealership. I will never give Foothills Toyota my business and will dissuade anyone who considers buying a car from here. More
