I can truly say, as a woman who is more impressed by genuine helpfulness and friendliness than clearly sales-motivated, high pressure salespeople, Stacey really did impress me. She responded very quickly to email and calls, she either knew or was quick to find the answers to my questions, and she worked hard to get the deal I needed. When there was a minor issue she took it over and handled it 100%. She really made this the best car buying experience I've ever had. The other employees I dealt with were helpful and friendly as well. They give a hard-sell on extended warranties for sure, but they do it with a smile at least. The used cars seemed to be thoroughly checked and in good shape and the prices are decent. My overall impression of the dealership is that it's very organized and keen on good customer service. I'd definitely return there and recommend them to others. More
