He approached us with dignity and respect, int I had the pleasure of meeting Eric "Doogie" Houser when my husband and I were shopping for a new truck. He approached us with dignity and respect, introducing himself as being a no pressure, no xx salesman, and that he was! He stood back and gave us room to look without volunteering any unneeded information and let US ask the questions which is what we like. If we wanted to see inside a vehicle, he was quick to get the keys. When he sensed that the vehicles we'd seen weren't what we were looking for he showed us one that had just arrived on the lot as a trade in. It had yet to be certified but, low and behold, it was the truck we were looking for! An easy deal was struck and the certification happened quickly. Not only was our experience in buying this truck painless but it was fun! He didn't pressure us for extras; he just merely pointed out the other available options. While waiting for the paperwork to be processed, we'd learned he had recently just moved out to Washington state from Kansas! He was a vehicle salesman there with a large trusted customer base. I think that with the way he took care of us, he will develop another good customer base here, too. If you want a buying experience without pressure, he's the guy to see! More

The personal were quick and educated me on what is all involved in tune-up and the timeline in which it would take. Also, they detailed my truck. After service and young man or employee came and explained the schematics and I actually understood what he meant he was so good. I love Toyota in Burlington! I've had nothing but a great experience and service and I can't say that for the BMW dealership in Bellevue. More

My only complaint would be that the reading material in the lounge area was totally about cars and nothing else of interest. Suggest some local newspapers, the Crab Cracker, or other magazines that would be of interest to the general public instead of just catering to car magazines. More
