Car wash damage. My routine service was completed. I went out to find my car in the parking area. I saw a silver Rav 4 in the distance. I thought it wasn't mine bec My routine service was completed. I went out to find my car in the parking area. I saw a silver Rav 4 in the distance. I thought it wasn't mine because the front license plate was bent away from the front bumper. I actually went back inside the service department to ask where they had parked my car. The person inside asked if I had my keys when we went out to find my car. We found that the slightly damaged Rav 4 was indeed mine. I was told that the damage to the license plate often occurred as a result of the free car wash I had received. If I would pull back into the service area they would repair it. It was repaired. I know that I would have left with a better feeling about the service department if they had repaired this common damage to my car before saying the service was complete. More

Great service and support I came into service as a "walk in". Jessica pulled up my records and noticed I was close to getting 180k maintenance, we started down the path to do I came into service as a "walk in". She further researched the Toyota records and found when I had some issues last year in Portland several items had been addressed, Upshot spend $115.00, wait time one hour.
