The hardest part of buying a new car seems (for me) to be the actual cost of the lease and coming to an agreement we all can live with. Although deciding on the car was fairly simple, Kirk was very patient and completely open and honest about every question. i believe we spent 7 1/2 hours together - tough when you have vertigo and headache- but he was kind and nice. Also- Demetre in finance was fun, talkative and informative. More

One, I was literally driving in as they closed and as a new owner of a used Highlander, I did not know the urgency or not for the particular light that had come on. The staff was attentive, stayed a little over to assist me and I was given peace of mind to be able to drive home and come back. Last week an unusual alert came on that again, was a little scary! I came in, they took a look got the part ordered, set up a time to meet, took care of it quickly and with GREAT customer service. I am so thankful to have such a reputable, great team so close by! More

First Service Experience Since we arrived at our 5,000 mile service two months prior to the month of anticipated service, I made a telephone appointment, which was scheduled b Since we arrived at our 5,000 mile service two months prior to the month of anticipated service, I made a telephone appointment, which was scheduled based on my schedule. Upon arrival, the service representative was very pleasant, took down my concern regarding a slow leak in the right rear tire. Upon completion of the service, our car was washed and we were not charged for the tire repair. The service was performed in slightly over an hour, which went by quickly as we drank free coffee and chocolate while reading magazines. Thank you! More
