Usually Great Service, but.. I scheduled an oil change appointment for my wife's car in the morning hours. My wife and I always receive spectacular and quick service from everyone I scheduled an oil change appointment for my wife's car in the morning hours. My wife and I always receive spectacular and quick service from everyone at Foothills. I was shocked when my wife texted to tell me that she had been waiting over an hour and her car wasn't even in the garage. About 45 minutes after that, a guy came up to her and said her car was finished. She didn't receive the standard details of her car's inspection or anything. Just that the car was finished. My wife asked if they had used synthetic oil because usually her car has to be back in 5000 miles but they had put down 3000 miles. I guess the guy felt bad because she waited so long and was never told that she got downgraded oil service. Her oil change was free. I'm very disappointed in the service my wife received. I appreciate the fact they gave her the free oil change but we don't go there expecting free service. We expect exceptional service and our vehicles taken care of properly. It's why we always choose Foothills. I really hope this was an oversight and doesn't start a downward trend in customer service. More
Great experience I called during the day, but close to closing, to make an appointment, Dan called me back in the evening, after hours. And the work took less than the two hours he gave me as a probably time. He even discovered that for the repair I needed I could get it at not cost. (Replacement and rewiring of the head lights,) Great all around. More
Smooth and comprehensive I used to hate taking my vehicles in for maintenance and repairs. Now, with Foothills Toyota, I can sit in the quiet room, read, check my e-mail and I used to hate taking my vehicles in for maintenance and repairs. Now, with Foothills Toyota, I can sit in the quiet room, read, check my e-mail and before I know it, I'm on my way with a washed car. Everyone I deal with is friendly, courteous and kind. I actually look forward to the maintenance appointment as an opportunity to take care of my 2013 Prius in a relaxed environement. More
