Very professional, very courteous and very attentive. Identified the wrk that need to be done, gave me an estimate and got things rolling. My only negative comment is that the work took about an hour longer than estimated. However I can counter that my truck runs and sounds much better. AND my annual rodent nest is gone!! Very nice customer lounge area. Highly recommended for service. More

Unnecessary drive to hear “oil change not needed.” This has happened several times in the past. This time I actually needed more service—the 90,000 mile service when I was under the impression that I only needed an oil change. When I make the appointment I need to know how much time to plan for. I had scheduled time only for an oil change. The 90,000 mile work is much more expensive and takes ~4 hours. For, customers, this needs planning. More
