A Pleasant Surprise Since moving here 5 years ago, we have always used Foothills for maintenance on our 2009 RAV. With no bad experiences with the service department, it seemed reasonable to go there when it was time to look for a new vehicle. We had decided to lease a new RAV and knew exactly what we did and did not want. While buying/leasing a car can be a major stress event and car salesmen, in general, rank right up there with real estate agents and lawyers as xxxx, this turned into a surprisingly enjoyable experience. Eric, our leasing consultant, is a genuinely nice guy. He listened, offered advice, and never pressured us when we said “Not Interested”. Between business talk, we shared personal and family stories. It felt more like talking with a friend at the neighborhood watering hole than a business transaction. Kurt, our finance guy, was equally personable. No pressure, friendly conversation mixed in with the quick and efficient paper signing process. There is no question that we would return to Foothills for another car purchase or lease (hopefully not too soon) and would ask to work with these two gentlemen again. More

Took way too long for an oil change. Over one hour. I was there for a routine maintence. I have only 2700 miles on my vehicle. Because of so few miles, the tires were not rotated , therefore all that wa I was there for a routine maintence. I have only 2700 miles on my vehicle. Because of so few miles, the tires were not rotated , therefore all that was done was an oil change. It took over one hour for that service plus a car wash. In the past it was approx 30 min. I realize how busy it was, but those that came after me were out before me. More
