The vehicle was ready for us to see when we arrived at Foothills. We did not have to wait, Stacey was ready to help us. We went for a test drive and started the purchasing discussion. We were comfortable talking to Stacey. She was not "high pressure" which would have sent us out the door. Stacey made the process very easy and enjoyable. Randy saves the day! We could get it started, but the minute we stopped it would not start again. The Prius would no longer hold a charge. Called the service department, hoping for a same day appointment, but maybe they could work us in if someone canceled. We were willing to leave it until it was repaired. Lucky for us, a few hours later, they had diagnosed only a battery problem. The staff was friendly, understanding, and efficient. Gold stars all around. More
