Very good experience with the service department. I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. During that process there were a couple of items found that needed attention and they were able I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. The only issue I had was since the rav 4 was getting to the dealer the next day I had to pick it up quickly before heading to work. I did a once over of the car but I missed the fact there was a scratch on it and boot prints in the back seat probably from standing in it to clean the top of the rav 4. The back seat on the one side was very dirty. Overall good impression from the dealership just seemed like they forgot to double check cleaning and the outside but it was dark out so it was probably a honest mistake. More
