Great customer service in Service Dept.! We recently bought a pre-owned RAV that was making a funny noise. The Honda dealership we purchased it from told us they couldn't hear/find the noise, We recently bought a pre-owned RAV that was making a funny noise. The Honda dealership we purchased it from told us they couldn't hear/find the noise, and told us to take it to a Toyota service center. Luckily we had purchased a warranty. Danny Craven did a wonderful job managing the warranty and eventually a "new" transmission was installed. In the meantime we enjoyed borrowing and driving a new RAV. We will be taking our RAV to Foothills Toyota into the future! More
