Amazing customer service rep I was a walk in at 8:00 when they opened. I knew I may need to leave my car there all day. The man asked if I needed a ride home, I’d never been asked I was a walk in at 8:00 when they opened. I knew I may need to leave my car there all day. We were so happy with the service and the car that we bought another Prius in 2009 from Foothills. The service has always been efficient and timely. I just bought a 2019 Prius and traded in the other two. Brett Lange was fabulous to deal with and I walked away with another wonderful car!! The process went smoothly. I made a service appointment for my 2009 and said I was interested in looking at 2019 AWD Prius'. Service referred me to Derrick who explained the process and what to bring with me. I met Lisa in the service department and she took me over to meet up with Brett and the process was simple and as expeditious as possible. The paperwork was completed in Kyle's office where he explained all the paperwork and Brett was back to see me off in my new car.
