took my concerns seriously I always feel inept when I take my car for services when there is an issue as I do not understand my car. The service person did not question my conce I always feel inept when I take my car for services when there is an issue as I do not understand my car. The service person did not question my concerns but validated them and took them seriously. I felt comfortable when I left my car that I would return with a fair repair. I also appreciate that no one tries to sell me a new car. More
