Very responsive Dealership I contacted Dave Parker to find the my new Rav4 Hybrid. I spoke to him Tuesday evening, Wednesday he located the car and arranged for it to be transfe I contacted Dave Parker to find the my new Rav4 Hybrid. I spoke to him Tuesday evening, Wednesday he located the car and arranged for it to be transferred to Foothills. Thursday afternoon he picked me and my wife up at the Ferry Landing in Anacortes. We where on the Ferry heading back to Orcas that evening. Could not have been easier. Highly recommend This is our second Toyota we have purchased from Dave, the first was in 2017. More
JUST OK Spent over $1200 (which I expected). Promised a "loaner car" which I had to pay for (?). No service sticker applies to windshield (even though paper Spent over $1200 (which I expected). Minor issue; but, previously when vehicle was serviced here car was washed and vacuumed; not this time. Maybe you have to spend more to get better service? I have always been very happy with this service department (although, we have blacklisted their sales department due to "games" they played the last time we were car shopping). Will probably go elsewhere for service as well. More

Expedient Checking in for my scheduled service appointment was initially a little confusing, I wasn't sure whether to drive into the service garage or not. It a Checking in for my scheduled service appointment was initially a little confusing, I wasn't sure whether to drive into the service garage or not. It also was not clear if I was to walk to a kiosk in the service bay area or check in through the doors (which were marked service). I happened to follow the person ahead of me - and the kiosk is the way to go. That aspect could be improved with a little signage. Service was fast friendly and the waiting area was very comfortable - kudos for that!! There are a few dealership around who could take a lesson or two from Foothills Toyota. More
