Great Service and Great Work as always I have had a number of vehicles that I had serviced at Foothills on a regular basis. The main thing I like is the ease of everything. Misleading service timings. The service itself was fine. I thought I had one last free oil change from my maintenance plan, but was informed that despite following the recommend The service itself was fine. I thought I had one last free oil change from my maintenance plan, but was informed that despite following the recommended oil change schedule on the window sticker, I had lost the free oil change due to it being more then a year since the purchase of the car. I won't be returning for further oil changes, as it is much cheaper and faster elsewhere. More

Costco Purchase I originally came to Foothills to order a Rav4 with a Costco deal. The first time I came in, it took almost an hour for the dealership to find the log I originally came to Foothills to order a Rav4 with a Costco deal. The first time I came in, it took almost an hour for the dealership to find the login credentials, and then reset them to be able to access the deal. It also seemed that there wasn't a lot of expertise around Costco itself. So much so, I called Costco for support, in which the Costco agent was able to fill in the questions I had. I did return to the dealership as I was referred to David by my neighbors. Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience as my neighbors did. It took multiple e-mails to get a hold of him, and we exchanged a few calls. Then when I did arrive at the dealership, he was busy with a customer the entire 3 hours I was there. All told, I probably only spent 5 minutes with him... the salesmen that I was referred to. Instead I worked with Stacey, who was very nice, but had limited knowledge of the Rav4. Every question I had, she went to the sales counter to ask someone else the question or to "check" the answer. At one point another salesmen came over. He was telling me that the Rav4 XSE doesn't have Blackout Emblems and that their service manager who has been with the company 26 years can't find it so they must not exist. I showed the salesmen (not sure I caught his name) on the Toyota website that it was an option. He said, "No. Look at the picture it says XLE in the picture." In which I told him I have physically seen the blackout badges on the XSE trim. He went back to the salesbooth. My brother who sat next to me listening spent 5 minutes on google and found the part number on Rav4world forums. We gave that to Stacey, and then she gave that to the other salesman. He said "ooh yeah your right, we found it too." Unreal... She also told me that if I rotated my tires that I would jeopardize my warranty.... that's right, rotating my tires. Then we got a call that they found the model we wanted, and earlier! Amazing right! However, they said that the accessories aren't in stock. I said that I did not mind to wait so that I could pick it up with everything installed. I was told by David, that I couldn't do that and that it's a liability for the dealership (which if I owned it, I understand, but my guess is he was pushing for end of month sale). So I asked if I could have a loaner when I do bring it back in, and again I was told I can't for the accessories I ordered. Why is it when you buy a car that's around $40,000 that you can't wait to get the accessories installed, and then won't help your customer with a loaner is beyond me. So I picked up my car with no floor mats or protection on it due to the fact that the service department was closed (as it was Sunday). I will say Kurt Woiwod in Finance was amazing. He was quick professional and very personable. There was one odd occurrence in his office where a different salesmen interrupted our meeting to ask if Kurt knew were the pink slip for a car was, as the salesmen didn't know where it was... wow... When I did return for the accessories after a week +. The service was pretty standard. No real standouts or complaints. Nice waiting area for people, but the internet was bad enough that I couldn't work from the lobby which wasn't great. More
