Poor Workmanship Applying Clear Protective Coating We paid our money to have a protective coating applied to the exterior of our 2019 Toyota Prius . My driver had left the premise before I complete We paid our money to have a protective coating applied to the exterior of our 2019 Toyota Prius . My driver had left the premise before I completed the paperwork to pick up the car and when I did go out to the car I found that the protective coating had visible defects on the driverside mirror and on the hood, specifically air burbles under the coating that was applied. I had to bring the car back to repair it, which cost me time and money, and they would not repair the problems with the air bubbles. I have to wait a month and if the bubbles still exist they would repair them then. Again this will cost me time and money. I deeply regret having this option applied to the car. I also hope your company will do a Process Review to prevent it from happening to other customers. Richard Mack Oak Harbor More
