I made arrangements to see the vehicle when my wife's workday ended. Drove up to Burlington and was nicely greeted by sales personnel. Asked for Juan and they immediately put us in touch. We got right to it and took a ride. She was impressed. We made an offer and they made an acceptable counter. We did the paperwork and took it home. Couldn't have been easier! Some examples of those at Foothills Toyota that have provided Excellent Customer Service to me, including some very helpful advice, at my last visit or in the past are Trevor Eaton, Jessica Barron, and Clancy Sheahan in the Service Department, and Mike Rentschler in the Parts Department. I originally bought my car from Foothills Toyota, but a year later I moved to a different county in which there is a different Toyota Dealership. But because of their great employees, I continue to go to Foothills Toyota for my maintenance/service appointments (even though it is a 50 minute drive for me rather than the 20 minutes it would take if I instead used the local Toyota Dealership in the county where I now live). In addition, if I ever need another vehicle, I would be purchasing it through Ed Mayfield who is fantastic to work with in the Sales Department of Foothills Toyota! More
