Horrible service My husband took my car in for are 25k service which last time I was in was at 21k and they did the 20k service. This time my car was at 27k and they t My husband took my car in for are 25k service which last time I was in was at 21k and they did the 20k service. This time my car was at 27k and they told my husband that it wouldn’t be covered under the 25k service. Than processed to tell him that he would need to pay 389 for services to cover up to 40k and that the oil change was going to be 118. Seems crazy if you ask me. Than all said and done it was only 74 dollars and they claim they did the 25k service. But my car came home with the maintenance light still on and the sticker not changed. It’s very frustrating to me this is how we were treated! More
