Good car service, not so good customer service We've always had good automotive service at Foothills and yesterday's experience was no exception. My service writer - Damian Wheatcroft - was terrif We've always had good automotive service at Foothills and yesterday's experience was no exception. My service writer - Damian Wheatcroft - was terrific. However, his colleague Jessica was not. When I arrived for my appointment she was the only service writer and she was on a personal telephone call that she did not terminate while I waited - Damian arrived and took me to another desk. Later on, during what seemed like a really long, long wait for the clerk to give me my paperwork and my keys, Jessica appeared again and engaged the clerk in another personal conversation that only broke up because I approached the desk where I could see my keys. The clerk apparently didn't like this because she ignored me, processed another client who wasn't in the building, and then had to reluctantly turn to me. Damian had told me the clerk would ask about scheduling my next service which he recommended. She did not do so - I had to remind her about that. This is not the first time I have had almost surly service from the clerk who "out-processes" service clients. I wish the dealership would do some customer service training with this staff. More
