Lately scheduling service visits has been confusing and clunky. I hope things return to how they’ve been in previous years! Jon Evans is the only service personnel that I trust. Great service!! Came in for my factory 70,000 mile service on my Tacoma pu. I was greeted cordially the second I entered the shop. They got my rig going immediately. Came in for my factory 70,000 mile service on my Tacoma pu. I was greeted cordially the second I entered the shop. They got my rig going immediately. I sat in a well appointed and comfortable waiting room for about 45 minutes and a representative from service came in and gave me a run down on what shape my vehicle was in and what services were performed. Ten minutes later I was paying a very reasonable price. My vehicle had been washed and was parked nearby on the lot. All in all a very pleasant visit! I’d recommend Foothills Toyota in Burlington Wa to everyone! More
Service was decent. But it took me two days to make a appointment. Technicians do not go above and beyond to diagnose problems. Turned in my truck for repair was decent. Good service, but low inventory on tires. I care in for a services, oil change and brake inspection. That was completed without incident. I had also stated that I would be coming in for tires, I care in for a services, oil change and brake inspection. That was completed without incident. I had also stated that I would be coming in for tires, as one had been destroyed. They had a very low inventory of selections and I live on an island, so the prospect of coming in again was not a good solution. I ended putting a much more expensive tire on that I would have done, as the car has very low usage. I spent about $115 dollars than I would have otherwise spent going to a local tire company for an equivalent product and about $85.00 more than if they would have had the tire in stock that I would have purchased. This was for 4 tires. More

However, the processing of the paperwork was slow because somebody separated my key fob fr The actual service on my new RAV 4 was excellent and free! However, the processing of the paperwork was slow because somebody separated my key fob from my paperwork and my wife and I had to wait an extra half hour for the two to be reconnected. After pushing back, turns out both were on the accountant's desk but they were separated. Figure out a better procedure! More
